I found hope in a hopeless situation. I wasn’t happy with my life. I knew I wanted something different for my life and my family, but I had no idea how to get there. In 2020, after quitting my job during shelter-in-place, I sat in my bedroom, staring out the window with my Bible and prayer journal in hand. As the world held its breath, watching what would happen next with the COVID pandemic, I heard the Lord whisper two words to my heart: Hope Pandemic.
He was right. The world didn’t just need healing—it needed a pandemic of hope. I wrote those words in my journal, never forgetting them. But before hope could spread to others, it had to start in me.
And here’s what I’ve learned—hope begets hope begets more hope. When we share our stories, when we lift each other up, when we choose to believe again, hope doesn’t just stay with us. It spreads. So let’s make it contagious. Your story. My story. Let’s create a Hope Pandemic together!
